ARNOBOND panel is a composite panel which sandwiched by two layers of galvanized steel sheet and micro foaming high density polyethylene core,using high polymer adhesive film through hot pressing.The galvanized layer of the steel sheet should be double Z275(G90)or above,the yield strength should be over 550MPa;after pretreatment by passivation on the galvanized steel sheet’s surface,then add two layers paint by roller coating,that are the primer and top,the top is silicone modified polyester paint.The steel sheet’s back side(laminated layer) also need pretreatment by passivation,what’s more to add a special precoating to improve the bonding strength between steel sheet and the polyethylene core through adhesive film.
